What You Will Be Doing
• Adopt a user mindset to create realistic data reflecting actual AI needs.
• Utilize structured rubrics to comprehensively address user requirements.
• Evaluate AI outputs by reviewing and ranking responses generated by large language models.
• Contribute across various projects depending on your specific skill set and experience.
What We're Looking For
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (or currently enrolled).
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to create complex prompts and evaluate nuanced AI reasoning.
• Strong Writing Skills: Capable of clear, concise, and engaging writing to articulate decisions or critique outputs.
• Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to accuracy and a keen ability to assess technical aspects of model responses.
Nice to Haves:
• Experience in fields such as literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, or theology.
• Prior writing or editorial experience in roles like content strategist, technical writer, or editor.

Compensation and Benefits
Earn up to $15 USD/hr, with payments processed weekly based on quality, accuracy, and time commitment. Paid via PayPal and AirTM.
