Toronto or Montreal. If bilingualism is required, will the interviews be conducted in French? The interviews will be conducted in English. I am happy to support an interview in French, but in practice, the individual will be required to work in English due to the preponderance of team members in Toronto and abroad. French is an asset. Is remote work available? Are there any required days in office? Remote is OK. The person will have to go to either Mississauga or Verdun Campus a couple of days a month for team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and admin tasks. They will also be expected to conduct field research in client's Retail locations within reasonable daily commute distance of home/office (no overnight travel). Provide a description of the typical day to day in this role. Daily: The resource is embedded in an Agile Web development workflow. Based on existing prototypes/stylesheets/wireframes, they’re assigned Jira tickets to create screen mock-ups (Figma) and editorial documentation (Word/Confluence) for development by Agile teams. ~50% of their time. Weekly: The resource works on iterations of upcoming Web prototypes and wireframes, based on ongoing discussions of business needs with various stakeholders (Product Owners, Project Managers), according to an overall prioritization by their leader. ~30% of their time. Weekly to bimonthly: The resource participates in Agile Release Train ceremonies, such as system demos and program increment planning, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings. ~10% of their time. Monthly to bimonthly: The resource designs, conducts, and reports on UX research with end users at store locations (possibly also call centres). For instance, testing prototypes of online tools with salespeople in the live environment and gathering their feedback. ~10% of their time. Experience with Web design and wireframing in Figma. Experience with UX for complex, custom B2B/B2C ecommerce solutions (large catalogues, omni-channel logistics, complex product and pricing configurations). Telecom online stores, airline/travel booking Web sites, large retailers, and the like. Experience with UX for Web tools being used in a physical retail environment. What will the interview process look like (how many interviews, assessments, virtual or in person)? Interviews can either be virtual or in person. Ability to provide a portfolio of previous work with resume would be very helpful. What specific projects will be worked on? Transformation of Retail One View (agent tool used for ordering in client's stores as well as authorized dealers) and OrderMax (agent tool used for ordering in call centres). Multiple projects/initiatives generally geared around bringing ordering processes into a single-tool, unified workflow, as well as enhancing agent’s ability to view and manage the customer.
