Job Description: • Craft compelling digital experiences that shepherd customers through every stage of their journey, from acquisition to conversion. • Identify opportunities to optimize performance and increase customer lifetime value. • Leverage technology to accelerate execution while owning the creative and strategic vision. This is a 6 month, fixed-term position as a Web/UI Designer at Xero, where you will act as a strategic partner embedded directly within the performance creative team. You will design and iterate on modules, pages, and landing pages with a focus on conversion and performance, producing high-velocity test designs and collaborating with analytics, growth, and marketing teams to design experiments and conversion-focused experiences.
