A cybersecurity consulting company is looking for an Offensive Red Team Engineer with extensive penetration testing experience. This is a high performing, collaborative team where you'll be implementing new, automate tools, BAS platforms, and AI agents, while also thinking like an adversary, turning small flaws into full-on breaches. This isn't your typical role. They need someone who has specialized in web or API testing and Red Team practices. Ideal candidates also have consulting experience, or can bring a depth of experience in various industries.
This role is fully remote with an option to be hybrid in Chicago, IL.
Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience in Red Team
• 4+ years of experience conducting penetration tests
• Experience with web and API testing
• Experience conducting a deep dive into digital forensics and threat analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
