Job Description
As a Project Manager (System Development), you will lead the implementation and maintenance of ICT and cybersecurity systems that support critical government operations. You will manage full project lifecycles, ensure compliance with governance standards, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to achieve successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end delivery of ICT and cybersecurity projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and compliant implementation.
• Lead project planning, requirements gathering, system design reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Translate operational needs into detailed business cases and technical specifications.
• Oversee vendor performance, contract management, and procurement in alignment with government procedures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct project monitoring, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
• Provide technical advisory support for related cybersecurity and system initiatives.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and review documentation for management.
Requirements
• Must be eligible for CAT 2 security clearance).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in ICT system or infrastructure implementation.
• Experience in vendor, contract, and procurement management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity systems, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, proactive, and accountable in driving project outcomes.

• Duration: 24-month contract (renewable).
• Location: West region
