Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead, Audio Visual is a mid-tier technical operator responsible for the setup, operation, and breakdown of advanced audiovisual equipment. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure flawless event execution through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly as they arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
This position involves physical activity such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Team members must be able to meet the physical demands outlined in the job description to successfully perform the essential job functions.
The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members may use high-end audio-visual equipment and electrical components and will be exposed to heights via lifts and ladders.
