• *Position: Project Methodology Specialist - Senior**
• *Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)**
• *Duration: Long Term Contract**
• *Must haves**
- **3-5 years of experience as Agile Coach**:
- Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks
- Experience with organizational change to an Agile software development methodology
- Experience mentoring and coaching the teams on removing impediments
- Experience facilitating the relationships between the Agile team and product owner and maintaining a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution
- **Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, etc**
• *Experience and Skill Set Requirements**
• *Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques, in particular in large organizations 50%**
- Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks
- Demonstrated commitment and proven ability to do effective stakeholder management
- Experience leading the Agile methodology and development teams in self-organization and identifying and filling in blanks in the framework
• *Knowledgeable and experience in educating others in Agile methodology**
- Experience mentoring and coaching the teams on removing impediments
- Experience capturing feedback and documenting sprint reviews to administer project goals and improve team performance
- Knowledgeable and experience in Agile methodology and ability to educate others
- Experience with organizational change to an Agile software development methodology
• *Communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building, and problem-solving skills**
