About The Role: This role is responsible for the creation, maintenance and governance of master data across critical domains. Helping support a high functioning CS team, working in SAP and Salesforce as well as other systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute master data lifecycle activities including creation, updates, validation, and obsolescence across multiple systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
• Serve as first-line support for master data requests and issue resolution via ticketing systems and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure accurate configuration and relationships of customer and equipment data, including Sold-To/Ship-To/Payer/Bill-To structures, customer hierarchies, and equipment-account linkage.
• Collaborate with Business Unit / Product teams to manage the “commercial build of materials” and lifecycle of product data that enables teams to effectively sell to & support to customers globally
• Define and reinforce global data standards, governance policies, and process documentation, in consultation with appropriate business and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain and monitor data quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to support operational visibility and decision-making
• Support data integration and synchronization across platforms, ensuring consistency and continuity of master data.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in a master data management, data stewardship or enterprise data
• SAP experience
• Knowledge of data integration flows and synchronization between ERP, CRM and other platforms
• Experience in MS Office Suites
• Must be able to commute everyday onsite to the Wheeling, IL area
