The Sourcing & Procurement Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of technical solutions that are used to support spend analytics, sourcing management, contract management, procure-to-pay, supplier management, and overall service level objectives. Req# 922703444 Responsibilities • Design, configure, and implement Coupa solutions across sourcing, contract management, and procure-to-pay, including financial setup, card/expense integrations, tax automation, invoicing, and ERP/COA integrations • Lead technical analysis, solution design, development, testing (system, UAT, releases), deployment, and ongoing administration • Create technical specifications, integrations, reports, and interfaces; review and validate technical designs and code • Troubleshoot issues across procurement, AP, suppliers, and end users; support Coupa invoicing, supplier portal setup, and AP workflows • Build and maintain application code, databases, interface programs, and configurations; develop test plans, test cases, and change requests • Support release management, production migrations, annual user audits, and system documentation • Conduct training, support user and supplier communications, and participate in go-live activities and status meetings • Collaborate with offshore teams and act as Coupa super user; ensure compliance with purchasing policies Requirements • 3–5 years of experience with Coupa S2C and P2P products, including implementation of cloud-based solutions and understanding of the Coupa technology stack and database • Strong understanding of sourcing events and requisition-to-invoicing processes • Ability to analyze PO, invoice, credit memo, and related business documents and troubleshoot process issues • Background in accounts payable, finance, or procurement preferred • Proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to train users on system features and functions • Bachelor’s degree required • Candidates should have a strong desire for continuous learning and development • Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to handle a heavy and diverse workload by effectively prioritizing tasks, ability to guide internal personnel and suppliers while coordinating various simultaneous projects We offer • Extended Healthcare with Prescription Drugs, Dental and Vision, and Healthcare Spending Account (Company Paid) • Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Paid) • Employee Assistance Program (Company Paid) • Telehealth (Company Paid) • Short-term Disability (Company Paid) • Long-Term Disability • Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick days) • Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with Company match • Maternity/Parental/Adoption Leave Top-up • Employee Stock Purchase Program • Critical Illness Insurance • Employee Discounts • Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
