Role Overview
Work backwards from business problems to be solved, collecting data for statistical analysis, selecting suitable machine learning and/or deep learning modeling approaches. Deploy ML models in production environments to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities
• Understand business needs and identify relevant data sources.
• Perform data aggregation and feature engineering; write Python code for visualizations, model building, validation, and implementation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers.
• Adopt flexible and innovative problem-solving approaches.
• Communicate results effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
• Master's degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience developing end-to-end models in Python (or similar language) for production deployment. Ph.D. holders may be exempt from this requirement.
Skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages, including pandas, numpy, scipy, and scikit-learn.
• In-depth understanding of statistical knowledge and machine learning algorithms, with exposure to deep learning techniques.
• Expertise in Linear Regression, GLM, GBM, Random Forest, XGBoost, segmentation techniques, and Large Language Models is required. Neural Networks are beneficial but not essential.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to learn new skills independently are essential.
