Make an Impact by Deployment & Solution Integration • Lead end-to-end deployment and integration of solutions across multi-vendor, on-premise, and cloud environments. • Act as the primary technical integrator for application and infrastructure deployments, ensuring seamless interoperability. • Collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions. • Develop and maintain deployment playbooks, integration guides, and runbooks to ensure repeatable and consistent rollouts. • Conduct system validation, interoperability testing, and environment readiness checks prior to deployment. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) • Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to measure and improve reliability and availability. • Implement and enhance monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability for proactive issue detection. • Drive incident response, conduct blameless postmortems, and perform root cause analysis to ensure continuous improvement. • Perform capacity planning, performance testing, and resilience engineering. • Build and embed self-healing automation and recovery mechanisms to reduce manual intervention. • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure resilient and compliant deployments. DevOps & Automation • Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines for development, staging, and production environments. • Define and promote DevOps best practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Develop automation scripts and tools for application deployments, configuration management, and environment provisioning. • Collaborate with developers to implement shift-left testing, automated quality checks, and secure pipelines. • Continuously optimize the software delivery lifecycle to improve speed, consistency, and quality. Skills for Success • Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience delivering enterprise solutions across diverse platforms and technologies. • 8 years of expertise in DevOps, driving automation, scalability, and reliability for complex distributed systems. • Strong hands-on experience with Ubuntu/Linux operating systems; RHCE/RHCSA certification is a plus. • Proven experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including compute, storage, networking, and security services. • Solid understanding of virtual networking (VPCs, subnets, VPNs, routing, load balancing, TCP/UDP/ICMP). • Extensive experience deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. • Hands-on expertise in containerization and orchestration with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. • Skilled in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD. • Proficient with development tools such as Git, and experienced with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. • Deep understanding of network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP/S, TLS, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers). • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Go) and experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). • Strong knowledge of networking, load balancing, and API gateways (e.g., Nginx, Apigee). • Experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, Zabbix, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, Dynatrace, and New Relic.
