This role will support law enforcement organizations across New Brunswick, providing ongoing support for their 911 Emergency Dispatch systems and projects.
• *The Role**
The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Liaising with Versaterm and Customer technical SMEs, as required, to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Evaluating, documenting, submitting, and tracking end-user product suggestions
- Assisting with the evaluation and implementation of new product features
- Assisting with ongoing end-user training
- Assist with creating and maintaining customer-specific documentation relating to training, configuration, and use cases
- Be available for travel to New Brunswick up to 30% of the time
• *Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Experience working in a Public Safety (dispatch, police, fire and/or EMS) environment is an asset
- Bilingualism is a strong asset for this role
