Welder x3 – Join Our High-Precision Team! 🔥
• Salary: Basic up to $2,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus equivalent to 2.5 months’ salary
• Hands-on experience with high-temperature alloys and turbine blade repairs

Shifts:
• First 3 months: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• After 3 months: Rotating shifts every 2 weeks (7:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Night Shift Allowance: $14/night
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and weld high-temperature alloys for Turbine Blades / Aeroderivative products using TIG welding
• Perform blending repairs and ensure product quality
• Maintain equipment, meet production schedules, and uphold excellent housekeeping standards
• Adhere strictly to EHS rules and regulations; report any unsafe conditions immediately
• Carry out other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
• 3 years of TIG welding experience
• Ability to work rotating shifts
