This is a critical, customer-facing role designed to drive technical engagement and revenue growth across a dynamic portfolio. Success requires a highly motivated, customer-centric technical specialist who is proficient in large-scale Switching and Wireless environments, ready to travel extensively, and passionate about building the brand's technical presence from the ground up across Southeast Asia. about the job • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, driving all presales activities. • Lead the technical discovery, design, and presentation of comprehensive Enterprise networking solutions, with strong emphasis on LAN Switching/Routing and next-generation Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7). • Manage the scoping, deployment, and successful demonstration of technical proof-of-concepts, ensuring solution fit and acceleration of the sales cycle. • Provide specialized presales guidance covering both Enterprise IT Networking and Pro AV over IP solutions. (Training will be provided for Pro AV as needed). • Utilize deep, prior knowledge of competitor environments (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Juniper) to strategically position our products and clearly articulate competitive advantages. • Conduct technical training and enablement sessions for channel partners to expand their capability to sell and deploy our solutions effectively. • Collect, analyze, and synthesize regional technical requirements and feature requests, relaying them directly to Product Management to influence the global product roadmap. • Maintain expert-level knowledge of core networking protocols (Layer 2/3, VLANs, QoS, etc.), with a strong emphasis on switching fundamentals. skills and experience required Minimum 5 years of proven, current experience in a dedicated Presales Systems Engineer, Technical Sales, or Solutions Architect role within an Enterprise networking vendor or a Large System Integrator. Proven deep expertise in LAN Switching/Routing and Enterprise Wi-Fi. (Switching expertise carries significant weight). Must have worked directly with Enterprise networking products in a customer-facing capacity. Prior hands-on experience or in-depth knowledge of major enterprise networking vendor ecosystems (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus) is strongly preferred. Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, CWNA, Aruba Certified) are highly desirable.
