Who are we looking for?
• Looking for Technical Test Manager to define and integrate Insurance domain software architecture
• Candidates should have Annuity and Life Insurance domain knowledge with 12 to 18 years of experience (Level 7). Strong Business domain skills are essential. Seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the field of life insurance and annuities.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in B.E, B Tech or related field
• 10+ years in Test Manager role (preference given to those with ALIP,Insurance Domain Knowledge, Java, Selenium, Automation testing, Performance testing, API and Microservices experience)
• Functional testing knowledge, Functional test design. Insurance domain knowledge
• Analyze life insurance processes and translate them into functional specifications. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment. Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and support solution design. Participate in system testing, UAT support, and user training.
• Policy Administration: Develop and implement policies to ensure efficient and effective management of life insurance and annuity products.
• Claims Handling: Collaborate with clients to resolve claims in a timely and fair manner.
• Agent Compensation: Work with agents to establish compensation structures that incentivize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Consulting Engagements: Partner with clients on various consulting projects, providing expertise and guidance on life insurance administration.
• Application Enhancement Requirements: Define and prioritize requirements for application enhancements to improve the overall user experience.
• Automation: Explore opportunities for automation to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Training and Mentoring: Provide training and support to less experienced team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Automation frameworks and reporting tools.
• Agent Compensation: Work with agents to establish compensation structures that incentivize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Technical knowledge on skills Java, J2EE, Automation Testing, Jenkins, DevOps, Cloud fundamentals and Agile process
• Strong experience working within an Agile development lifecycle and on SCRUM methodologies.
• Advanced Knowledge and experience using various desktop and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel and Power Point.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work against competing demands.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills.
• Previous work experience as a software Test architect/Test manager.
• Consulting Engagements: Partner with clients on various consulting projects, providing expertise and guidance on life insurance administration.
• Automation: Explore opportunities for automation to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Training and Mentoring: Provide training and support to less experienced team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Automation frameworks and reporting tools.
• Writing, executing, monitoring and maintenance of automated test suites.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong programming skills
