About This Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Development to take on a strategic role in national recruiting and the management of the firm's growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, from building the pipeline to closing advisor recruits. Key Responsibilities: • Travel extensively to build relationships with advisors at competing firms. • Lead the management and retainment of breakaways and hybrids. • Implement business development initiatives to assist current advisors in client acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and be proficient in CRM systems, recruiting platforms, and digital marketing tools.
