We are a forward-looking tech company building an AI-powered recruitment and career development platform to redefine how talent connects with opportunity. To support our expansion and ecosystem growth, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on COO to lead business operations outside of R&D.
Job Scope
• Responsible for driving key growth KPIs across user acquisition, retention, and platform engagement
• Design and manage go-to-market strategies, implement data and A/B testing frameworks, and build scalable systems to fuel platform expansion.
• From developing recruitment and HR tech partnerships to co-launching SaaS tools, you'll work across a wide partner landscape including universities, job platforms, ATS vendors, and recruitment firms.
• Drive market visibility, commercial pilots, and ecosystem engagement.
• Scale and lead a high-performing operations team (BD, customer success, growth), collaborating closely with product, engineering, and AI teams.
• Shape operational processes, talent development, and contribute to marketing initiatives.
Requirement
• Minimum 5 years in recruitment, HR tech, or executive search, with leadership responsibility
• Deep understanding of the recruitment ecosystem (ATS, SaaS, agencies, corporate HR)
• Strong track record in business growth, team leadership, and partner management
• Proficiency in data-driven growth, channel optimization, and cross-functional execution
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a forward-looking environments
