This role is fully remote but candidate must be located on the West Coast. Start Date: late July/Early August Duration: 4-6 months with potential to extend Our ideal candidate has a track record of crafting timeless, polished branding campaigns in the tech industry for enterprise brands, being able to translate technical jargon into digestible storytelling across channels. Responsibilities • Lead the creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept direction – particularly in traditional creative (TV, OOH, Print, etc.) • Offer smart, thoughtful points of view on creative concepts • Work seamlessly with account, project management, media, production and strategy to offer clients a more comprehensive point of view • Present concepts both internally and externally • Stay current on the latest industry trends • Maintain the highest quality on creative output • Be strategic and offer feedback and challenges to strengthen creative briefs • Complete self-reviews and conduct team reviews • Be receptive to constructive criticism • Be proactive in finding ways to support the team • Oversee all creative efforts and works to find new ways to improve the process • Take initiative to connect the dots between teams for a stronger product Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising • 10+ years leading creative, conceptual work and teams • Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates conceptual and traditional work (TV, OOH, Print) • Ability to bring strategy that leads to cohesive briefs • High-quality, high-visibility productions across digital and traditional landscapes • Ability to partake and assist in securing new business wins • 10+ years writing for an advertising or marketing agency • 2+ years experience overseeing and supporting creative teams • Strong awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns and interactive experiences • Partnership with strategists to develop briefs and direct creative insights Send your portfolio today!
