Why this role?
We're seeking a talented and results-oriented AI Systems Engineer to join our growing team! You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI solutions that empower our internal operations and drive business value.
What you'll do:
• Building and maintaining internal AI systems: Develop and maintain software pipelines for training, deploying, and monitoring machine learning and Gen. AI projects used for various internal tasks (e.g., knowledge management, data analysis, process automation, decision support).
• Optimizing AI infrastructure: Collaborate on optimizing our AI infrastructure for scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Performing data integration and engineering: Ensure seamless data flow for AI projects by integrating data from various sources and performing necessary cleaning and transformation.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders: Partner closely with data scientists and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.
What You bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in programming languages especially Python
• Experience building full stack applications and owning the end to end delivery
• Experience with deploying applications to cloud platforms ( eg GCP ) and Kubernetes
• Experience with generative AI concepts, frameworks and models ( eg. Langchain, OpenAI)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We’d be Lucky if You:
• Have built and managed production grade RAG systems using Langchain/Langgraph
• Have experience of preparing data for ingestion by AI systems
