This is a remote position that offers exciting opportunities for experienced professionals in Business Development/Sales focusing on SMB and Enterprise clients within Education and Corporate training sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical pre-sales assistance and conduct client technical requirement analyses.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and in-depth technical presentations for prospective clients.
• Assist the business development team in preparing professional proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and tender documentation.
• Lead technical components of client proof-of-concepts (POCs), including product demos, solution configurations, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with customer relations teams to ensure seamless post-sales transitions and sustained customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education Technology, or Business.
• 3-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales Support, or Sales Engineering roles, ideally within the EdTech or Education sector.
• Proven experience in selling digital assessment solutions and learning technologies.
• Familiarity with Middle East & Africa (MEA) markets, specifically in the EdTech and digital assessment areas.
• Effective use of CRM systems for accurately tracking client interactions and meetings.
