Rate Range: $70-$75/Hr
Job Description:
• Provide L2/L3 level support for infrastructure and application environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across cloud and on-prem platforms.
• Lead observability and monitoring efforts to ensure system reliability.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and change management.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance system performance.
• Maintain and improve dashboards, alerts, and operational documentation.
• Required Skills:
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SRE practices.
Hands-on experience with tools:
• Monitoring & Observability : Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk
• ITSM & Operations : ServiceNow, OpsRamp
• Project & Incident Tracking : JIRA
• Experience in building alerts, dashboards, and operational runbooks.
• Experience managing distributed systems and large-scale production environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and environments.
Preferred:
• Expertise in OpenShift and Azure cloud platforms.
• Certifications in Azure, AWS, or relevant infrastructure technologies.
