Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional IT support? Join our client's dynamic team as a Senior IT Support Engineer, where you'll be the go-to expert for resolving complex technical issues and driving innovation across our IT infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
• Be the frontline hero for IT incidents and service requests-via phone, email, or in person.
• Lead technical initiatives in networking, server maintenance, system design, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with precision.
• Administer systems, manage user accounts, and maintain enterprise-level tools.
• Collaborate on exciting ad-hoc projects and share knowledge to elevate team performance.
What You Bring:
• 7+ years of hands-on IT experience and a degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in Windows, macOS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory, Exchange, and enterprise backup solutions.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Experience with Cisco switches, VPNs, antivirus tools, and cross-platform support.
• MAC OS, Linux OS and Netapp storage device desired
