Overview of the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Digital Products team and lead the digital product strategy for our automotive retail business. The role focuses on delivering innovative digital solutions that enhance the customer journey across sales, aftersales, and service touchpoints. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution of initiatives such as e-commerce platforms, dealership websites, CRM, and omnichannel experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
What you will do
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, CRM, e-commerce, WhatsApp, AI tools).
• Partner with business leaders to understand customer journeys across vehicle purchase, financing, trade-in, aftersales, and service.
• Develop business cases, change requests, and KPIs to measure ROI, adoption, and customer impact of product initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into epics, features, and user stories, working with Product Owners, UX, and technology teams.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer experience, and market trends.
• Drive digital innovation including personalization, lead management, online booking, test drive booking, showroom solutions, and AI-driven engagement.
• Own the digital experience (UX, UI, A/B testing, user engagement), driving improved lead and order conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, and Content teams to ensure adoption of new digital tools.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of automotive retail trends, competitor platforms, and new technologies to influence product direction.

• Strong understanding of automotive (preferred), especially vehicle sales, aftersales, service, and parts.
• Proven track record of delivering innovative digital product solutions with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in digital commerce, omnichannel retail, and customer experience platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, and customer journey mapping.
About the Team
You will be part of the Digital Products team within Al-Futtaim Automotive, working closely with business leaders across sales, aftersales, and customer experience. The team is focused on driving digital transformation and enabling customer-centric solutions.
What equips you for the Role
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in Automotive, Retail, or E-commerce.
• Proven success in delivering digital products such as websites, mobile apps, CRM, or e-commerce platforms.
• Exposure to AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, voice bots, search) to enhance customer engagement.
• Knowledge of CRM, Customer Experience Center operations, SAP, campaign marketing (e.g., SAP Emarsys), and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage.
• Exposure to digital marketing, lead management, and online-to-offline engagement.
