🎯 What You’ll Do
• Lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team across the U.S.
• Define and execute multi-vertical strategy across financial services (banking, insurance, capital markets, fintech)
• Act as a strategic partner to C-suite clients, navigating long-cycle, high-value SaaS deals
• Shape pricing, market segmentation, and channel strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to fine-tune messaging and pipeline conversion
• Drive forecast accuracy, revenue targets, and enterprise deal velocity
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Proven SaaS sales leadership experience – ideally from a fast-scaling firm or PE-backed business
• Strong background in selling into financial services – banks, asset managers, fintechs, or insurers
• Track record of building and leading teams that beat quota and scale internationally
• Comfortable engaging at the C-suite level, selling complex, data-driven software solutions
• Analytical thinker with a growth mindset and passion for winning in a competitive market
