This site includes a Class-A high-rise office tower and a luxury restaurant frequented by high-level executives, clients, and VIP guests. About the Role We are seeking a polished, professional, and dependable Lobby Security Officer to serve as the first point of contact for a Class-A high-rise office building. This position requires a strong customer service mindset, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to maintain a visible security presence in a corporate environment frequented by executives, tenants, and visitors. The Lobby Security Officer plays a critical role in ensuring safety, access control, and a positive first impression for the property. Key Responsibilities Lobby & Access Control • Monitor and control access through the main lobby entrances • Verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and enforce access protocols • Prevent unauthorized entry into tenant floors and restricted areas Customer Service & Professional Presence • Greet tenants, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner • Provide directions, tenant information, and general assistance • Maintain a calm, approachable, and authoritative presence at all times Surveillance & Monitoring • Monitor CCTV systems, lobby activity, and alarm panels • Identify and report suspicious behavior or security concerns • Support Restaurant Operations: Monitor crowds during busy dining hours, assist with line control or disputes, and ensure customer safety. Incident Response • Respond promptly to emergencies including medical situations, fire alarms, disturbances, or security incidents • Notify Security Manager, building management, dispatch, and emergency services as required Patrol Support • Conduct limited interior patrols of the lobby, common areas, and building perimeter as assigned • Observe and report safety hazards or maintenance issues Reporting & Documentation • Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports • Document incidents, daily activity logs, and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues. • Accurately document all noteworthy events and interactions Policy Enforcement • Enforce building rules, access policies, and security procedures in a professional and respectful manner Preferred Experience and Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional security role, preferably in a commercial, high-rise, or hospitality environment
