AWS Engineer - AWS/Terraform - £70k - London
Would you be interested in working for one of the best-voted companies in the UK to help build their AWS team? My client is a well-known Cloud MSP that has been really building their AWS focus over the last couple of years and now need an Engineer to helpwith its AWS function.
This is a new team so they need someone experienced to take the helm and to then build a team around you. There will be the opportunity to move into an Architect role down the line.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that AWS incidents, changes service requests and problem records are progressed through to resolution
- Acting as an escalation point within the team from a technical perspective.
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as set by the Support Team Manager
- Working alongside our integration and service delivery team to ensure that customers receive a high level of support.
- Attending the Change Advisory Board (CAB), problem review, and service improvement meetings
- Working alongside the Cloud Operations team to cover high priority requests out of hours via an on-call rota.
