About The Job:
Java Developer (Micro-services) Role
The Java Developer will be part of our software engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems. The candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality systems.
Responsibilities
• Perform requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, and deployment of applications.
• Analyze and resolve performance and security issues in applications.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate software components, system infrastructure, and third-party modules.
• Work with testers to identify and fix defects.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Produce documentation and artifacts.
• Assist in pre-sales support, including solution proposals and product demos.
• Provide technical support during system maintenance.
• Design and develop APIs within a microservice architecture.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies.Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of software development experience.
• Experience completing at least one full software development lifecycle in a sizable project.
• Proficiency in Java, web services, OOP, and design patterns.
• Experience in data modeling and database design.
• Proficient with version control tools like GIT.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• Fresh graduates with excellent academic results and passion for IT are also considered.Added Advantages
• Professional certifications or postgraduate degrees.
• Knowledge of Big Data, OLAP, microservices.
• Experience with databases (Oracle, MSSQL, Mongo
DB), fault management, and BI tools.
• Knowledge of cloud services, data analytics, and algorithms.
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservice systems.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
