Test Manager - £650 to £700 per day inside IR35 - Hybrid (3 days per week) Please note: This is a 6-month contract position. Candidates must be able to commute to the office three days per week. La Fosse have partnered with an established organisation based in Watford to recruit a Test Manager. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and driving improvements across the company’s testing function — from processes and governance to tooling and automation. You’ll lead a programme of change to increase test maturity, efficiency, and quality while working closely with technology, product, and compliance teams. Key requirements: • Strong background in test optimisation, quality engineering, or process improvement in regulated or complex settings. • Proven ability to deliver programmes and lead cross-functional change. • Deep understanding of testing methods, automation tools, and frameworks. • Excellent stakeholder engagement across technology, business, and compliance. • Experience with vendor and third-party management. • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
