Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design development and implementation of Oracle application solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives
Provide expert level solutioning for Oracle applications such as EBS PeopleSoft and JDE
Oversee and execute cloud migration projects ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations
Manage and design robust cloud platforms to support enterprise applications and services
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Oracle systems
Lead the setup and migration of Oracle Exadata environments ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutioning and migration activities
Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Qualifications
15 years of experience in Oracle applications including EBS PeopleSoft and JDE
Proven experience in solutioning and architecting Oracle application solutions
Extensive experience in cloud migration projects and managing cloud platforms
Strong knowledge of Oracle systems and Oracle Exadata base setup and migration
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
