• *JOB PURPOSE**:A competent full-stack technical lead, for IT Operations with sound technical
knowledge in Java / JEE and DevOps mechanisms which will enhance the delivery
of technical solutions to our customers. Supports Development and Change
initiatives. Monitor services health status and take actions accordingly.

• *DESCRIPTION**:
- Technically lead software projects through all stages of the life
cycle, including responsibility towards understanding and capturing
requirements, design, development, and acceptance testing
- Identifies potential areas of automation, applies proven mechanisms
such as DevOps to conceptualize on those areas and come out with
productive solutions.
- Produce high quality technical documentation
- Decompose technical tasks and provide estimates
- Mentor and coach less experienced members of the team
- Undertake development tasks without supervision, including software
designing, programming, and testing within a Test-Driven Development
process
- Monitor progress and provide updates to the Project Manager
development and testing phases
- Understand user requirements and break it into high level &
low-level design
- Sound knowledge on DevOps mechanisms and tools such as Jenkins,
Artifactory, Ansible, ELK Stack, Run deck, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Perform coding in line with existing architecture boundaries, use best
practices and coding standards
- Handle user requests for creation of new data and set up
- Responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the
delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design
requirements
- Co-ordinate with the teams to resolve issues (thru clarification, data
fixes and program fixes following required process) in development &
test environments
- Support production rollouts and change implementations followed by
successful UVT
- Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback
- Provide accurate and detailed weekly task reports
• *EXPECTED**
• *PROFILE**:
- Hands on experience on.NET & Core Java and Java EE technologies,
such as JDBC, JMS, JNDI
- Hands on knowledge of Web Logic administration & deployment
- Experience on UNIX & Linux operating system for log analysis &
- AWS & Azure cloud knowledge will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL (Windows) & RDBMS (Oracle) databases with
experience in writing SQL queries and scripts. Good understanding of
Procedures, Functions, Sequences, Views, etc
- Able to trouble shoot issues independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skill with BFS Domain knowledge
