Position: Account Manager – Sales (IT/Cloud)

Responsibilities
• Achieve agreed financial targets by maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned Key Accounts.
• Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel related to projects assigned (Internally & External).
• Deliver the agreed KPIs for all projects assigned.
• Achieve AOP Revenue Plan and compile input for activity plans, developing the Company’s services and solutions portfolio.
• Improve the Sales pipeline, prepare and update quarterly Reach Activity Plans, and deliver value to customers through leading Value-added Projects.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in relevant customer accounts.
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet department performance objectives and customer expectations.
• Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives, proactively leading joint company-strategic project planning.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques.KPIs
• Achievement of ≥100% AOP Revenue & OYOV.
• Deliver all assigned sales-related projects as per KPIs; stalled opportunities should not exceed 10% of the pipeline.
• Control escalations by following up with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
• Lead projects to achieve 100% AOP Revenue; manage bad debts, adjustments, and terminations to reduce revenue leakage to less than 5% of overall collectibles.
• Achieve Customer Satisfaction targets and meet all customer requirements, complaints, and demands within SLA.Requirements
• Diploma or BSc Degree in Business, ICT, Information Technology, or a related science field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in sales, customer project management, preferably in Cloud or IT services, with experience from Telco or IT services in B2B contexts.
• Good financial knowledge with the ability to develop forecasts and business cases.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong presentation, analysis, and concept development skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
Technical Skills
• Excellent customer management, customer orientation, and analytical skills.
