The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of backend engineers and overseeing the development of robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions. A key part of this role is to foster a high-performance engineering culture.
This opportunity involves managing resource allocation, project prioritization, and team productivity to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and maintaining high-performance, low-latency backend systems in Java, Golang, Python or similar technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of backend engineers and provide guidance on best practices
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of backend systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in backend engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams
• Expertise in designing and maintaining high-performance, low-latency backend systems in Java, Golang, Python or similar technologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
