Design and Build:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Automate business processes through RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using Sharepoint Power Automate and Power platform.
- Drive the integration of Salesforce and other business intelligence platforms into a cohesive ecosystem.
- Implement SaaS and OpenAI API integrations to enhance platform capabilitie and data analytics.
Data Strategy and Analytics:
- Craft data-driven strategies for platform buildout, ensuring that solutions support organizational objectives.
- Leverage advanced analytics to provide insights that influence strategic decisionmaking.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between IT and Executive team and Program stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions align with philanthropic program and operational objectives
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Innovation and Problem Solving:
- Stay on top of industry trends and curious around exploring emerging technologies to ensure the organization continues its operational excellence
