Position: Lead AI & Data Architect - LLM + Big Data (Digital Transformation)
Responsibilities
• Design LLM training/inference pipelines on 1000+ GPU clusters.
• Optimize Spark/Flink for PB-scale financial data processing.
• Lead cross-border AI projects with ex-Google/NVIDIA teams
.
• Hands-on experience with GPU clusters & high-performance computing
.
• Fluent in Python/C++ and obsessed with scalability
.
• Work with top 1% AI talent (50% PhDs from Tier-1 schools).
• Build zero-to-one products in banking/healthcare AI.
• Flexible R&D budget +
publish at NeurIPS/ICML
.
Qualifications
• 5+ years in AI systems (LLM/Transformer) +
Big Data (Spark/MPP DBs).
• Fluent in Python/C++ and obsessed with scalability

• Work with top 1% AI talent (50% PhDs from Tier-1 schools).
