This role is part of our team that drives value and change with software development for one of the fastest-growing platforms. As a Solutions Architect, you will provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle. You will help shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broad use of the GitLab platform by becoming a trusted advisor.
• You will engage with customers onsite or remotely, providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process and adopting a mature consultancy and advisor role.
• You will collaborate with the sales team to formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue targets through GitLab adoption.
• You will serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) on Customer Success Plans and technical evaluations via POC/POV ownership, tender/audit support, and workshop design.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience with technical pre-sales or as a professional in information technology, modern software development or operations, and cloud computing and related technologies.
