Your Role:
We are seeking fluent English speakers who are eager to apply their skills to train and refine state-of-the-art AI systems.
• Adopt a User Mindset: Create realistic and natural data based on the practical applications you envision for AI.
• Use Structured Rubrics: Address user needs in a systematic manner to ensure high-quality data output.
• Evaluate AI Outputs: Review and rank responses from large language models based on their reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Contribute Across Diverse Projects: Leverage your unique skill set and experience across various AI initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
• Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (or currently enrolled in a degree program).
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop complex prompts and assess nuanced AI reasoning.
• Strong Writing Skills: Craft clear, concise, and engaging explanations for decisions and critiques.
• Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to accuracy and the ability to analyze technical aspects of model outputs.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, or theology.
• Experience in writing or editorial roles such as content strategists, technical writers, or editors.
• Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or creative technology tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
Earn up to $15 USD/hr with weekly payouts. Compensation is based on quality, accuracy, and time invested, with payments made through PayPal or AirTM.
