**Job Summary**:
• *Key Responsibilities**:
- **API Integration**: Develop, maintain, and integrate APIs to connect with various internal and external systems, including real estate CRM/ERP platforms.
- **User Interface Development**: Work on creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring smooth functionality across platforms.
- **Code Reviews & Best Practices**: Conduct code reviews, write clean, maintainable code, and ensure the use of best practices in development.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- **Testing & Debugging**: Ensure software quality by writing unit and integration tests and actively participating in debugging and performance optimization.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and continuously improve development practices and solutions.
• *Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **5+ years of experience** in software development.
- Strong experience with **.Net Core,** **.MAUI or Flutter.**:
- Experience working with **SQL databases** (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
- Familiarity with **cloud platforms** (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment tools.
- Experience with **RESTful APIs** and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of **software development lifecycle** (SDLC) and **Agile** methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, scalable code and perform effective code reviews.
- Familiarity with **version control systems** (e.g., Git).
• *Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with **React Native** for cross-platform mobile app development.
- Familiarity with real estate **CRM/ERP systems** and integrations.
- **Full-stack experience** with both front-end and back-end technologies.
