You'll lead cross-functional teams, draft and refine policy forms, oversee regulatory filings, and ensure products meet market demand and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities • Draft insurance policy forms, endorsements, applications, and state-specific amendments • Lead structured product development initiatives with clear project plans and timelines • Partner with business units to refine policy language and rating structures • Research competitor offerings and prepare market comparisons • Prepare and submit form, rate, and rule filings; respond to DOI objections • Review ISO and NCCI circulars and implement required updates • Analyze state and federal insurance regulations to ensure full product compliance • Support rollout and implementation of forms and rates • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members • Contribute to building a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field • 2-7 years of experience drafting commercial insurance forms • Strong background in regulatory filing (SERFF, ISO, NCCI, etc.) • Experience with liability lines - Aviation/Aerospace Liability experience is strongly preferred • Proven ability to analyze insurance laws, regulations, and circulars • Project management experience in a cross-functional insurance environment
