As a part of the Arena product team, you will enable continuous integration across our global platforms, driving unprecedented transformation in our enterprise velocity for delivering world class software products to our customers. • *Focus**:
You will work hand in hand with the Product Director to understand and support, with the definition and documentation of the Roadmap, Product Vision, Release and Iteration Plans Schedules, mapping vertical user stories to the needs of the business and ensuring product delivery meets the business need.
Reports to the Director in a Product Management organization within an enterprise technology product team.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Assists in refining the backlog so they meet the definition of ready to execute
- Know and execute agile standard methodologies for collaboration in a dynamic product development environment. Know emerging trends
- Assists in maintaining the product backlog and ensures user stories are aligned to underlying product outcomes
- Support the Product Manager(s)/Director to ensure in the identification of technical problems, and devise solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment
- Assist in retrospectives to ensure lessons learned are carried forward in subsequent development activities
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with design, analytics, engagement, project management, and engineering
- Lead critical workstreams across internal partners to ensure delivery of flawless end-to-end execution of initiatives (i.e. managing cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that development progresses to plan)
- Support Product Manager/Director with market research and generation of insights to be incorporated into the product design
- Assists in coordinating communications and facilitates resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the initiatives
- Develop product release training material for end-users
- Identify and document gaps in end user experience
- Supports the team in coordination of activities and request between various business and technology partners to ensure the core agile team remains on track to meet iteration deliverables
- Utilize relevant reporting tools to report on and analyze successes aimed at understanding and optimizing the product
- Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve the user experience
- Superior communication and influencing skills that result in buy-in and acceptance
- Maintain core critical metrics and manages analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes for various initiatives
• *Range of Impact/Influence**
- Supports small to mid-scale functionality or a small product in while responsible for moderately complex business and/or systems process analysis, design, implementation, and day-to-day operations within an Agile framework Both product and technology focused supporting functionality within a Product or Product in whole

- Experience in data analysis and analytical decision-making, with preference for consumer services products strongly desired
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Software delivery tools
- Scaled Agile Product Owner / Product Manger certification is an asset
