The Job
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Officer to oversee quality checks throughout our clients food production facility. This role is crucial for ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards without interrupting the production flow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing regular quality checks, managing quality documentation, and working closely with the production team to maintain and improve our quality control systems.
What You Will Do
• Conduct Quality Checks: Perform on-time quality checks post-CIP (Cleaning-In-Place), during product changes, and at other critical control points to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain Quality Records: Accurately record the results of quality checks, including pH levels and other relevant measurements, using basic administrative tools.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure all quality checks comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
