Data, Analytics, and CRM
We are currently looking for a highly skilled professional to join us as Assistant Data Analytics and CRM Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mine and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets, applying advanced statistical methods to explore strategic solutions and actionable recommendations for solving business issues.
• Proactively translate business problems into analytics-driven solutions, manage business applications effectively, and rigorously evaluate results.
• Stay abreast of business status and anticipate issues and priorities.
• Analyze data, conduct quantitative analysis to identify business issues' root causes, uncover growth opportunities, and target business potential effectively.
• Generate insights through analysis to support business decisions and risk management.
• Deliver timely and high-quality analytics to meet business needs in a dynamic environment.
• Share knowledge and best practices, collaborate with various teams to foster a diverse and supportive work environment.
• Work with Group and offshore teams to implement various analytic solutions and share cross-references.
Requirements:
• University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data and Information Management, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in analytics, management information, modeling, and machine learning in the banking sector. Proficiency in machine learning techniques and algorithms is advantageous.
• Extensive experience in mining large data volumes for quick insights.
• Proficient in SAS, SQL, and Microsoft R/Python. Knowledge of Visualization tools (QlikSense, Data Studio, Tableau, Looker), GCP, Big Query, Feedzia, and digital data is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information effectively to a broad audience.
• Positive mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
