Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Technology Architect. As a Technology Architect, where your expertise is in BMC ITSM and other compliant systems to enhance IT Service Management. This role requires adeptness in ITIL practices, strong communication skills, and expertise in developing B2B bridge solutions. Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.
Criteria:
ITSM Tools Experience
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing BMC ITSM for a large Enterprise Service Desk.
• Familiarity with ITSM-compliant systems like Tivoli Service Desk, Heat, and CA Service Desk.
• Proven ability to provide Service Management through various channels, including emails and documents.
• Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables.
ITIL Knowledge
• Working knowledge of processes aligned with ITIL practices.
• ITIL Foundation V3 Certification.
• Over 10 years of Application Methodology experience.
Analysis and Communication Skills
• Proficient in developing complex documents and persuasive articulation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for impactful messaging.
• Collaborative team player meeting deadlines consistently.
B2B Bridge Solutions for ITSM
• Experience in planning, designing, and developing custom B2B bridge solutions for ITSM tools.
• Expertise in creating RESTful API services for 2-way communication in large-scale ITSM solutions
