Job Description
The Senior UX Designer will lead the design of complex digital services from concept to production, ensuring user-centered design processes are followed. They will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces, conducting research, developing key design deliverables, and designing online services to be accessible by default.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have experience in UX design for web and mobile applications, proficiency with design and prototyping tools, and the ability to conduct user research and testing. They should have strong communication skills, be able to lead collaborative design-thinking activities, and have a solid understanding of generative and evaluative user research methods.
Other Information
This is a long-term contract position located in Toronto, Ontario. The role is a hybrid model with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Interested candidates must submit a resume of no more than 4 pages along with a portfolio showcasing their UI/UX expertise. Knowledge of network security and protocol is a desirable skill for this position.
