Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with at least 2-3 years of experience in both web and application design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that delight our users. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design wireframes and prototypes, and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Proficiency in Figma is essential for this role, along with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our new R&D team and driving product evolution development initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architect, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and project requirements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers, as needed.
Skills And Qualifications
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience designing for accessibility and inclusion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
