Minimum qualifications:
• 20 years of experience in the technology industry.
• 10 years of experience managing development of technical solutions or go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution within the AI and cloud domains.
• Experience in a customer-facing role in the enterprise space and translating customer needs into solutions.
• Experience working with C-Level executives.
Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience operating across Japan and Asia Pacific regions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and develop ideas to achieve organizational goals.
• Ability to quickly learn and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

As the Generative AI Go-to-Market Lead for Google Cloud Consulting, you will be responsible for leading all early customer and cross-functional conversations for Generative AI for GCC in JAPAC. You will play a key role in shaping early customer conversations and developing a robust services project pipeline.

Responsibilities
• Demonstrate how Google Cloud is differentiated by working with customers on application prototypes, demonstrating Generative AI features, prompting and tuning models, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking. Troubleshoot and find solutions to issues in Generative AI applications.
• Be a trusted advisor to our customers by understanding the customer’s business process and goals. Design Generative AI-driven solutions, spanning AI, data, and infrastructure, and work with peers to include the full cloud stack into overall architecture.
• Represent Google Cloud and AI in senior level conversations and frequently at C-level. Work with enterprise leadership and advise, shape, and structure programs that drive outstanding customer impact.
• Work cross-functionally to influence Google Cloud strategy and product direction at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for enterprise customer requirements.
