Job Description:
Al-Yamama is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time remote position based in Mecca, SA, with the opportunity for growth within the company. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via web chat
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to customers
- Assist with online orders, product information, and general inquiries
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Adaptable personality with the confidence to handle challenging situations
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve creatively
- Proficient in using online chat platforms and technology
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- High school diploma or equivalent required
