Responsibilities
• Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product strategy that aligns with the bank's overall wealth management objectives . Identify market trends, client needs, and opportunities for new products and enhancements.
• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. E nsure timely and smooth rollout
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design build, and launch new products, including investment vehicles, advisory services, and digital platforms .
• D rive business growth: understand online product value and unique selling proposition , helping stakeholders understand product benefits and unique selling proposition
• Lead and oversees various digital acquisition journey across platforms to ensure consistency from online application till fulfilment
• Develop ideas to grow online channel share and conversion funnel across our digital platforms
• Conduct small experiments to assess market acceptance and iterate continuously to achieve the desired outcome
• Drive customer immersions and champion the voice of customers by means of quantification (data) and qualification (verbatim) with any stakeholders
• Develop and implement product launch communications plan focus on increasing awareness and adoption of new Digital Products
• Support post-implementation tasks such as user training to touch-points , production problem investigation, post implementation review and escalation.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 0 years of work experience in banking industry with at least 4 years at financial industry
• Experience in Investment AI & online advisory products/features & digitalization is a plus
• Result oriented to drive business, key metrics including Digital Value Capture, online transaction, volume, and revenue
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and take charge of responsibilities/area of duties assigned
• Team player with good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented and take charge of responsibilities/area of duties assigned
• Excellent verbal , written commu nication skills and presentation skills , with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• With knowledge in broad Investment and insurance products would be a plus , not a must
• Be highly aware of market trend , new technologies , new Fintech products and advisory technologies
• Customer centric with eye for details, to develop best in class digital customer journey
• Proficient in project & product management, customer experience, and compliance matters
