Responsibilities of the right candidate:
• Collaborate with clients to make strategic decisions impacting their business solutions.
• Ensure the integrity of technical designs and features within the solution architecture.
• Lead the development team, contributing actively to coding efforts.
• Provide accurate estimates for project scopes and development timelines.
• Facilitate backlog management, including creation, maintenance, and planning.
• Conduct client discussions on best practices for enterprise web/software applications.
• Offer in-depth knowledge of platforms, design patterns, and enterprise solution practices.

• Maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring smooth project progression.
Experience of the right candidate:
• Ability to work with developers in an in-and-out outsourced environment.
• Minimum of 7 years of design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep knowledge in at least two of the following technical disciplines: cloud computing, application development, middleware, servers and storage, database management, and operations.
• Proven Azure or AWS expertise; proficiency in both is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Enterprise patterns and principles (e.g., Microservices, Package Principles, GRASP, DDD, N-Tiers).
• Competency in architecture, infrastructure, and data flow diagramming.
• Experience and understanding of modern API design patterns and principles.
• Proficiency with enterprise tools such as SQL, Service Bus/Message Queue, Caching, ESB, ETL.
• Experience with .NET Framework and with JavaScript front-end frameworks like React/Next.js.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
• A background in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Contribution to open-source projects or public repositories (GitHub, GitLab, etc
