Job Description:
DP World is seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Assistant to join our remote team in Dubai, AE. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers in real-time through web chat platforms to provide support and assistance
- Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
- Promoting company products and services to increase sales and customer engagement
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborating with team members to continually improve chat processes and procedures
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Energetic and passionate personality traits
- Strong persuasion and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using web chat software and tools
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
