Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Full Stack Java Developer for a CONTRACT TO HIRE assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Jersey City, NJ, Tampa, FL, or Dallas TX.
Responsibilities:
• Work with technical leads to maintain and develop features for a full stack reporting web application.
Required Skills:
• 7+ years of experience on Java and JavaScript with expertise on Spring.
• In depth knowledge and hands-on experience on Java, JSP, Servlets, and spring framework
• Extensive experience on UI development within JavaScript
• Comfortable with chrome dev tools in debugging and profiling code
• Experience with jquery, css, DataGrid and charting libraries.
• Experience on Angular or React
• Experience writing unit tests for UI code
• Well-practiced with writing unit tests for java code - junit/mockito
• Be knowledgeable on best Object-Oriented Programming practices
• Fully comfortable with git and common scenarios from a collaborative environment
• Experienced with SQL distributed databases - Oracle/Snowflake
• Experience with Agile methodology
